Completion of the house my late husband left in Africa

I am a widow my late husband got sick and and died back in 2022 since then life has been challenging before he passed he was trying to build a house back in Africa for his siblings and mother to move them out from the single room they were and still renting before he passed all he wanted was to complete the house to make them feeling comfortable it was his wish and even on his dying bed he said to me am afraid my house will turn to sand if am no more and that makes my tears drop but had to be strong and told him don’t worry you will be fine and will complete what you started I have been trying to fulfill his last wish by completing the house but life hasn’t got any easier am here working but i have to pay my rent, water, electricity etc and to support my daughter too so it’s not easy at all to gather a significant amount to complete the house
